About

This is a blog about my professional life as software developer, producer, CTO and otherwise important person with interesting sounding job descriptions, inside and outside the games and entertainment industry.

I currently work for plazz entertainment, a German publisher for kids games. We produce a virtual youth community.

Previous gigs have involved a bit more controversial games, internet security paranoia profiteers, online editions of some Austrian tabloids, my own all-new-singing-and-dancing-media agency, and some other stuff.

While this blog is supposed to be about my professional career, some more mundane thoughts and ramblings may appear here and there. Your mileage may vary.

You can find me on LinkedIn and Xing.

    Hello,
i’m trying to find some information about nusic from game The Sting! (2001)
I saw that music for this game was written by “Music: Thomas Schweitzer, Markus Mayer”
At first, i tryed to contact with neo Software Produktionsa Games, but they are not in business now.

If you write music for this game, it will be very good :)

    Best Regards,

    Victor Berchenko

    Great! :)
i’m trying to find the information about a piano track, duration approximately 2:04, which sounds in game. Who has written it? I want to ask, maybe autor could give me notes for piano. I really want to learn it :)

Do you mean this one: ?

The tracks were all written and performed by Markus Mayer and myself. I don’t have the Logic files anymore, so unfortunately it will be difficult to provide you the notes.

Ah! Actually, this was just a quick demo I did for neo, it was never meant to be on the games soundtrack, but somehow it ended up there…

I’m sorry I can’t provide you the notes, but if you Google “Boogie Woogie Piano Sheet Music” or search on YouTube, you should find plenty of similar material – it’s really just playing around on the blues scale.
